With all 70 positions loaded, it carries a 5A per-contact current rating at 110V, suited for signal-level and moderate-power distribution on a PCB. The 0.100\" (2.54mm) pitch is the industry-standard grid — any BergStik-compatible receptacle or IDC socket with the same pitch and 70 positions will mate. The 5A per-contact rating applies to the full temperature range up to the UL-rated limit; derate above 25°C per the product drawing. Unshrouded means the male pins are fully exposed — no plastic shroud for polarization or keying. This keeps the footprint small and allows mating with shrouded receptacles, IDC sockets, or discrete crimp housings that provide their own alignment. Through-hole termination with a 0.107\" (2.71mm) post length and 0.318\" (8.08mm) mating pin length. Layout the footprint on a 0.100\" x 0.100\" grid for the two rows; the square 0.025\" pins fit standard through-hole plated holes.
