Sealed 10-Circuit MX150L Plug for Harsh Environments
The 0.230-inch (5.84 mm) pitch and 0.236-inch (6.00 mm) row spacing provide ample creepage distance for the sealed environment, accommodating larger-gauge power and signal wires without sacrificing dielectric withstand. The plug is panel-mountable, with the locking ramp also serving as a visual and tactile confirmation of full mate. The plug accepts male blade crimp terminals (sold separately).
IP67 Sealing and Temperature Range
The IP67 rating applies when mated with the matching MX150L receptacle. Compared to unsealed 5.84 mm-pitch connectors, the MX150L adds the IP67 seal and wider temperature envelope at the cost of a slightly larger housing profile.
This plug mates with the MX150L 19430 series receptacle housing (panel-mount or in-line) using the integral locking ramp. The crimp termination uses standard open-barrel tooling (Molex hand crimp tool or pneumatic applicator). Wire seal plugs must be installed on each cavity before terminal insertion to maintain the IP67 rating — omitting a seal on an unused cavity breaks the environmental seal.
