The Molex 0347290082 is an 8-circuit, dual-row receptacle housing from the Stac64 34729 series. The housing is free-hanging (in-line) and accepts female socket crimp terminals — but the contacts themselves are not included, so you need to order the correct Molex crimp terminal separately for your wire gauge. A latch lock on the housing provides positive retention when mated, and the built-in polarizing key prevents accidental mismating with unkeyed headers — useful in multi-connector harnesses where a wrong mate could short a circuit. The brown glass-filled PBT insulation material handles -40°C to 105°C, so it's at home in automotive underhood or industrial cabinet environments.
