Termination and wiring
The 0395305012 is the 12-position single-level plug in Molex's Eurostyle ESE 39530 series, terminated by a screw-driven rising cage clamp that accepts 12-26 AWG wire with a 5 mm strip length.
Screw clamp and wire entry
Wire entry is 180° straight into the rising cage — the M3 screw pushes the clamp down onto the conductor, not the insulation, so the full cross-section is captured. The housing insulation height is 0.591" (15.00 mm), leaving clearance for the screwdriver above the wire entry.
