Micro-Fit 3.0 SMT Header, 10 Circuits
The Molex 0430451019 is a 10-circuit, dual-row surface-mount header from the Micro-Fit 3.0 43045 series. It carries 8 A per circuit at 600 V on a 3.00 mm pitch, with gold-plated mating contacts (15.0 µ" gold) and tin-plated solder tails.
The 8 A per-circuit rating is the current each pin can carry continuously at room temperature before the temperature rise hits the limit of the LCP housing. For a 10-circuit header carrying power on all pins, that's 80 A total across the connector — but in practice you derate for ambient temperature above 25 °C and for the number of circuits powered simultaneously. The 600 V rating gives solid creepage margins for the 3.00 mm pitch in clean environments. The locking ramp and 4-wall shroud prevent mis-mating and keep the connection latched under vibration.
The 4-wall shroud guides the receptacle into alignment before the locking ramp engages.
