Sabre 43680 power plug housing — 4-position, 7.50 mm pitch
The Molex 0436802004 is the 4-circuit plug housing in the Sabre 43680 series, a wire-to-wire power interconnect family built around a male blade contact system. The 0.295" (7.50 mm) pitch provides the creepage distance needed to support the 18 A per-circuit rating — this is a power connector, not a signal header, sized for main DC rails and moderate-current harness runs inside industrial cabinets, automotive junction boxes, and appliance power distribution. The housing accepts crimp terminals — contacts are ordered separately, so budget for the matching male blade terminal when building the BOM.
The PA nylon body is rated -40°C to 75°C operating.
This plug mates with the Sabre 43680 receptacle housing — the female blade socket side. The crimp termination requires a separate male blade terminal (Molex 43680 series) that is ordered by its own MPN; the housing alone is just the insulator and latch.
