Press-Fit Termination and Board Fit
Termination is press-fit into plated through-holes — no solder, no reflow. The 0.130" post length and 0.118" row spacing set the board footprint; the 0.457" insulation height gives clearance for board-edge routing. The housing includes blind-mate features and a board guide to align the header before the press-fit pins engage.
The mating face carries 15.0 µinch gold over nickel — this is the standard Micro-Fit 3.0 gold grade, rated for 500 mating cycles minimum. The post is tin-plated at 100.0 µinch, which is compatible with the solder-paste or press-fit interface.
