The 2.50 mm pitch and 10 positions define the mating header footprint — this housing mates with a 10-circuit, 2.50 mm pitch Mini-Lock header. The 10-position version (0511031000) sits between the 8-position (0511030800) and the 12-position (0511031200) in the same series. The position count is the only functional difference; pitch, latch style, and housing material are identical across the family.
The Mini-Lock 51103 series uses a female crimp terminal — order the Molex 51103-0200 (or the equivalent terminal for your wire gauge) separately. The crimp terminal is inserted into the housing after termination; the latch lock holds the terminal in place. No secondary TPA retainer is used on this series — the primary latch in the housing cavity retains the contact.
