16-Circuit MicroClasp Receptacle Housing for In-Line Harness Builds
The latch lock secures the mating pair against vibration — a practical feature for equipment that sees movement or shock.
The 2.00mm pitch is tighter than the common 2.54mm (0.100") standard, so the mating header footprint and wire spacing are correspondingly more compact. With 16 circuits in two rows, the connector body width is about 10mm (including latch) — check your enclosure clearance before committing. The 5.00mm row spacing gives enough room for two rows of crimp terminals without crowding the wire exits.
The crimp termination requires a hand or pneumatic tool with the correct applicator for 2.00mm pitch contacts. No secondary TPA (terminal position assurance) is listed, so terminal retention relies on the crimp quality and housing lance.
