The housing material is glass-filled PA rated UL94 V-0, the highest flammability rating for connectors inside enclosed equipment — no flame propagation beyond 10 seconds after the ignition source is removed. Mating Interface and Contact Plating
The male pin mating length is 0.157" (4.00mm), and the solder post length is 0.134" (3.40mm). For the mating receptacle, use the corresponding Mini-Lock 53476 series crimp housing — the locking ramp on this header engages with the latch on the receptacle for a secure connection.
