CMC 64319 Sealed Receptacle for Harness Applications
The Molex 0643191211 is a 32-circuit receptacle from the CMC 64319 series, designed as a sealed, free-hanging (in-line) connector for wire-to-wire or wire-to-device harnesses in environments where moisture and temperature extremes are a concern. The housing is black, molded from glass-filled PBT, and carries a left wire output orientation — the cable exits the side of the connector rather than straight through, which helps route harnesses in tight engine-bay or equipment enclosures.
Sealed Construction and Wire Exit
The 'Sealed' feature means the housing incorporates interfacial and wire-entry seals — when mated with the corresponding CMC header and fitted with the correct crimp terminals and seal plugs on unused cavities, the connector meets IP ratings suitable for splash zones and pressure-wash environments. The left wire output is a deliberate routing choice: the cable exits at 90° to the mating axis, which reduces the bend radius needed in the harness and keeps the connector profile low against the mounting surface.
Termination and Contact Ordering
Because the housing is sealed, the correct wire seal must be used on each terminal to maintain the environmental seal across the full 32-position count.
4-Row Cavity Layout
32 positions in 4 rows.
