24-Position Breakaway Header for Board-to-Wire Routing
Molex 0901310132 is a 24-position, dual-row breakaway header from the C-Grid III 90131 series, designed for board-to-wire applications. The unshrouded push-pull design means the header has no locking ramp — the mating housing provides retention. The 24 positions are fully loaded, so every pin is present.
Mating pin length is 0.266" (6.75mm), which engages with standard C-Grid III receptacles without bottoming out. Compared to the 16-position sibling 0901310131, this 24-position variant uses the same 2.54mm pitch and row spacing, so the board footprint scales linearly — 0.100" per position added. The extra eight pins give more signal or power routing density without changing the connector family or mating housing.

Application and Environment
Rated for Automotive and General Purpose applications, the header uses a glass-filled polyester housing rated UL94 V-0. The brass pins with tin plating suit environments where the mated connector stays assembled for long periods — tin-on-tin interfaces are prone to fretting corrosion if mated and unmated frequently under vibration, but in a fixed harness the contact resistance stays stable.
