Termination and assembly
The 1053112307 is the 7-circuit member of Molex's Nano-Fit 105311 single-row male header line, terminated via through-hole solder with a 0.126" (3.20 mm) post length. Gold-plated mating contacts (30.0 µin / 0.76 µm) mate with the Nano-Fit receptacle, while tin-plated solder tails (59.0 µin / 1.50 µm) suit the through-hole board attachment. Rated 250 V with a -40°C to 105°C operating range.
Shrouding and retention
Four-wall shrouding (0.356" / 9.05 mm insulation height) protects the male pins during mating and unmating. A latch holder fastening type secures the mated pair, and the board guide and board lock features aid alignment and retention during soldering.
