Hybrid Plug for Mixed-Signal and Power Harnesses
The Molex 1600813004 is a 9-position hybrid plug from the MX150 160081 series, carrying 6 signal circuits plus 3 dedicated power positions in a single 2-row housing. The 0.138" (3.50mm) pitch is the standard MX150 spacing — not the miniaturized variant — so the mating receptacle uses the same cavity layout. The locking ramp fastening gives an audible click on mate and holds under vibration, which is why this series sees heavy use in engine-compartment and underhood harnesses where a loose connector means a tow truck call.
Rated for the Engine Bay
The glass-filled nylon 6/6 (PA66) resists the creep and fuel/oil exposure common in engine-bay harnesses. The crimp termination (blade pin contacts) means the terminals are loaded into the housing after crimping, which simplifies field repair: a damaged wire gets re-terminated without scrapping the whole plug.
The 3 power cavities accept the larger-gauge MX150 power terminal; the 6 signal cavities take the standard MX150 signal terminal. No adapter or adapter block needed — the hybrid cavity geometry is keyed so a power terminal won't seat in a signal cavity and vice versa.
