Receptacle Housing for Wire-to-Board Power Harnesses
The housing is free-hanging (in-line), mates with the corresponding Mini-Fit TPA2 header, and accepts crimp terminals — a standard wire-to-board power interconnect for harness assemblies in appliances, industrial controls, and automotive interior applications.
The 4.20mm pitch is the first check for board layout — it matches the header footprint and sets the wire-to-board spacing. The 6 positions cover common power and signal circuit counts, keeping the BOM line simple. The Glow Wire Compliant feature (IEC 60695-2-11) is a safety requirement for appliance and white goods applications where the connector must not ignite under fault conditions. The black polyamide (nylon) housing is ROHS3 compliant.
This is a crimp-termination receptacle housing — the female sockets are inserted after crimping onto the wire. The free-hanging mount means it is used as a plug on the wire harness end, not board-mounted.
