1.50 mm pitch, 10 circuits, single-row header
The 2016480101: The 1.50 mm pitch sets the board footprint and the mating receptacle's contact spacing — at 10 positions in a single row, this header fits narrow PCB real estate where a dual-row would crowd the trace channels. Shrouded on all four walls, the header protects the male pins from bent-contact damage during blind mating and guides the receptacle into alignment before the latch engages. The latch holder fastening locks the mated pair without screws — in a harness subject to vibration, the latch keeps the connection seated and the terminals from backing out.
Surface-mount solder tails with a solder retention feature hold the header in place during reflow — the Pick and Place pad on top allows automated placement without skew. Tin-plated mating contacts (39.4 µinch / 1.00 µm) suit moderate-cycle applications where the connector is mated a few dozen times over the product life — the tin surface wipes clean on insertion but wears faster than gold under repeated cycling.
ROHS3 compliant, with no restricted substances above the threshold — the compliance certificate is on file with the manufacturer.
