Ultra-Fit 7-Circuit Plug for Wire-to-Board Power
The -40°C to 120°C operating range suits it for environments from cold storage to engine compartments. Glow Wire Compliant per IEC 60335-1, this housing is specified for appliances where a glowing heating element must not propagate flame.
This plug mates with the Ultra-Fit 202569 series vertical or right-angle headers — the matching receptacle side uses the same 3.50mm pitch and latch holder interface. The latch holder engages audibly when the plug is fully seated on the header, confirming the mate. Crimp terminals for this housing are the Ultra-Fit female socket contacts, available in the same series. The crimp termination gives a gas-tight connection on stranded wire, suitable for field assembly or automated harness production. The free-hanging (in-line) mounting lets the plug float in the harness, accommodating misalignment between the wire bundle and the board-mounted header.
