Ultra-Fit Plug, 8 Circuits, 3.50mm Pitch – Free-Hanging Wire-to-Board
This plug mates with the Ultra-Fit 202569 series receptacle headers — look for the corresponding female header with the same 3.50mm pitch and 8 circuits. The crimp terminals used are the Ultra-Fit female socket contacts (sold separately); the housing accepts the standard Ultra-Fit crimp terminal for 18-22 AWG wire. No secondary lock is required — the latch holder provides primary retention, and the terminal position assurance (TPA) is built into the housing geometry.
Glow Wire Compliance and Material Selection
The PA66 housing is glow wire compliant (per IEC 60335-1), which means the connector can be used in appliances and lighting fixtures that require the glow-wire test to pass at 750°C or 850°C. This is a regulatory differentiator — not all wire-to-board connectors carry this rating. The natural color is standard for the series; no color-coding options are listed.
