Wire-to-Wire Harness Fit and Termination
This is a female socket receptacle that terminates via crimp — it accepts the matching CONNTAK50 crimp terminal (sold separately) for 20-22 AWG wire. The panel mount, snap-in feature lets you fix the housing to a chassis cutout before wiring, which simplifies assembly on a harness board. The CPA latch mates with the corresponding male header; the audible click and secondary lock tell the line worker the pair is fully seated. No contacts are included with the housing — order the terminal and wire seal separately per the series application spec.
Temperature Range and Material Selection
The natural colour is the base resin — no pigment added, which avoids any concern about filler distribution in the moulding.
