In a harness that stays mated for the equipment life, tin is fine. Voltage rating is 14 VAC/DC — this is a low-voltage signal or power interconnect, not a line-voltage application. The housing is PA9T glass-filled, UL94 V-0 rated, so it passes the flame test for equipment inside an enclosure. For a 1.80 mm pitch header, practical per-contact current is in the 2-4 A range depending on ambient temperature and wire gauge.
