0.80mm Pitch Crimp Header for Tight Wire-to-Board Runs
It uses a 0.80mm pitch — tight enough to save board space but still hand-assemblable with the right crimp tool. This is a crimp-terminated header, not a through-hole pin header. You terminate the contacts onto the wire first, then snap them into the housing. The contacts are non-gendered, so the same terminal works in both plug and receptacle halves — simplifies the BOM for high-mix builds.
What Bolts In — Mating Half and Termination
Mates with the matching Zero-Hachi 214719 receptacle housing (same series, same 4-position count). Use the Molex Zero-Hachi crimp terminal (sold separately) for 28-32 AWG wire; the crimp spec calls for a hand or pneumatic tool with the correct anvil. Mounting is free-hanging (in-line) — no board lock, no panel fastener. The housing snaps into the harness, and the friction lock keeps the pair together under cable strain. For a vibration-heavy environment, add a secondary retention clip if the series offers one.
