The Molex 2169454010 is a 10-circuit, 2-row plug from the Ultra-Fit 216945 series, designed as a free-hanging (in-line) wire-to-wire or wire-to-board interconnect. The 3.50mm pitch gives enough room for 18 AWG power wiring without crowding the cavity wall.
Glow Wire and Temperature Range
Rated for operation from -40°C to 120°C, this plug suits applications that see heat soak near a motor or engine bay — the PA66 housing holds its mechanicals at the top end. It carries glow wire compliance per IEC 60335-1, which is the standard for household appliances and HVAC equipment; the material resists ignition under fault current.
It mates with the matching Ultra-Fit header (receptacle) of the same 10-circuit count and 3.50mm pitch — the latch holder on the plug engages the ramp on the header. The natural colour housing is unkeyed, so pin-one orientation is set by the cavity numbering on the header.
