Barrier Strip Overview
The Molex Beau 386306606 is a 6-circuit barrier strip from the Beau 38630 series, a dual-wall terminal block designed for through-hole PCB mounting. It uses screw top termination with PC pin bottom connections, rated for 25 A at 600 V on a 0.438" (11.12 mm) pitch.
The 25 A per-circuit rating at 600 V is the full isolation envelope — the 0.438" (11.12 mm) pitch provides enough creepage for that voltage without forcing an oversized board footprint. The 12-24 AWG wire range means you can land a #12 solid for a main feed or a #24 stranded for a control signal in the same screw clamp. The steel screw with zinc clear chromate finish gives good corrosion resistance in indoor cabinet environments, though the zinc is not rated for outdoor or washdown duty.
The 386306606 (6 circuits) shares the same 0.438" pitch, 25 A rating, 600 V rating, and 12-24 AWG wire range as the 4-circuit 386307804. Both use the same screw top termination with captive plate on the 386307804 versus standard screws on the 386306606, but the barrier spacing and footprint are identical, so a panel or PCB laid out for one can accept the other by populating or depopulating positions.
