Barrier Strip for Panel Wiring
The Molex Beau 386907803 is a 3-circuit barrier strip from the Beau 38690 series, built for through-hole termination on a PCB. It uses a 0.325" (8.26 mm) pitch — that spacing gives you enough room between terminals for 12-22 AWG wire without crowding the board layout. Rated 20 A at 300 V, it handles typical control panel and power distribution circuits where you need a screw-terminated, field-serviceable connection. The housing is black PBT with a 3-wall (tri) barrier design — the extra wall between terminals adds creepage distance and reduces the chance of a stray screwdriver or wire strand bridging adjacent circuits. Top termination uses screws with a captive plate, so the plate stays captured when the screw is backed out; no loose hardware to drop into the panel.
This is a one-piece barrier block — the wire terminates directly under the screw and captive plate on top, and the PC pin on the bottom solders into the board. There is no separate mating connector half; the screw terminals are the wire entry. Wire range is 12-22 AWG, which covers most panel wiring from a 12 AWG power feed down to a 22 AWG signal or control wire. The screw is steel with a zinc, clear chromate finish — corrosion-resistant enough for indoor industrial cabinets. No special crimp tool needed; just strip, insert, and tighten.
