What this is
The Molex 387207507 is the 7-circuit member of the Beau 38720 dual-wall barrier block series, rated 25 A per circuit at 300 V with a 0.375" (9.53 mm) pitch. Top termination uses screws with a captive plate that holds the wire against the bus bar without creep — the plate is the feature that separates dual-wall barriers from open-deck blocks and keeps the wire seated under vibration. Bottom termination is a PC pin for through-hole soldering to the PCB, making this a wire-to-board barrier strip rather than a panel-chassis block. The housing is black thermoplastic rated UL94 V-0; the zinc clear-chromate terminal screws are steel.
Sizing it for your BOM
Seven circuits, single row, accepts 12-22 AWG. The 25 A per-circuit rating handles the upper end of that wire range comfortably — a 12 AWG hookup at 25 A is well within the thermal envelope of the barrier material given the -40°C to 100°C operating window. Number of wire entries matches circuit count at 7, so every position has one entry — no multi-wire entry per circuit on this variant. The 0.375" (9.53 mm) pitch sets the board footprint and routing clearance. The PC-pin tail length determines the keep-out zone.
