Panel Wiring Terminal Selection Note
The Molex Beau 387317202 is a 2-circuit barrier block from the 38731 series, built for chassis or panel-mount power distribution. The 0.438" (11.12 mm) pitch gives enough spacing between terminals to handle the 20 A per-circuit rating without forcing a tight wire bend radius — sized for the main power feed in a control cabinet or junction box, not a signal line. The dual-wall barrier design with flange provides physical isolation between adjacent circuits and a mounting point for the block. Top termination uses screws with a captive plate — the plate stays captured in the screw, so it does not drop out when the wire is removed. Bottom termination is a 0.250" quick-connect tab, insulated, which lets you pre-wire a harness with female spade terminals and push it onto the block during assembly. Wire range is 12-22 AWG, covering common power and control conductors.
