The 4-circuit block uses a solder turret bottom termination instead of the PC pin on the 2-circuit version, so the board footprint changes — the turrets are made for wire-wrap or soldered hook-up leads, not for through-hole PCB insertion. If your BOM calls for a 2-position block with PC pins for a PCB, the 387406102 is the match; the 387409704 is a different termination style for a different wiring method.
