Wire range and barrier construction
The block accepts 14-22 AWG conductors — solid or stranded, dressed from above into 12 wire entries (two per circuit). The 2-wall dual barrier separates adjacent conductor paths to suppress arc tracking across the strip. Steel screws with zinc-clear-chromate finish clamp the conductors and are the stated termination method at the top of each barrier slot.
Housing and flammability
The black PBT (Polybutylene Terephthalate) body carries a UL94 V-0 flammability rating, which is the qualifying entry for industrial enclosure and panel builds where UL/CSA acceptance is a procurement requirement.
