Barrier block for panel wiring — 10 circuits, dual-row
The Molex Beau 38780 387800310 is a 10-circuit barrier block in a dual-row layout, giving you 20 wire entries — one per terminal position. The 0.438" (11.12 mm) pitch spaces each circuit wide enough to keep 300 V creepage clean and still leave room for a screwdriver on the captive-plate screws. Top termination uses screws with a captive plate that stays under the head, so stranded 14-22 AWG wire wraps tight without pulling out. The bottom is closed — no through-board pins; this block lands on a chassis or panel via the integral flange and mounts with fasteners through the end holes.
The dual-wall barrier between each terminal pair isolates adjacent circuits, so a short between rows won't cascade across the block. UL94 V-0 insulation means the block self-extinguishes in a vertical burn test — required inside any enclosure that needs a flame-rated component. The flange mount lets you bolt the block to a panel or chassis rail; the closed bottom keeps debris and accidental contact off the terminations.
Active lifecycle — no last-time-buy notice, no successor. ROHS3 compliant.
