The only selection-relevant difference is the circuit count: the 391001802 fits a BOM line needing exactly two isolated circuits, while the 391001804 covers four. Both use the same screw terminal hardware and mounting footprint per circuit, so a panel designed for the 4-circuit version can accept the 2-circuit strip in a smaller cutout — but the mounting hole pattern differs because the overall length scales with circuit count.
