The only difference is circuit count: the 391001809 has 9 circuits (18 wire entries) against the 8 circuits (16 wire entries) of the 391001808. Both use the same screw termination and chassis/panel mount pattern, so swapping between them requires no change to the wiring scheme or panel cutout — just match the circuit count to the BOM.
