The Molex 391002002 is the 2-circuit member of the Eurostyle 39100 series of enclosed barrier terminal strips. It is a chassis- or panel-mount terminal block designed for power distribution and control wiring inside industrial enclosures, control panels, and equipment cabinets. The 0.394" (10.00mm) pitch gives generous creepage for the 600 V rating without forcing an oversized board footprint — the wide spacing also makes wire routing straightforward when landing 10 AWG conductors under the screw clamp. Rated 30 A per circuit with a 10-18 AWG wire range, this terminal strip handles bus-level power distribution — the 30 A figure is the limiting factor at the screw termination, not the housing. The enclosed barrier design isolates each circuit from adjacent terminals, which means no additional sleeving or heat shrink is required between positions in a multi-circuit run.
Termination and Wire Entry
Top termination uses screws with a zinc-plated steel screw — the screw clamp directly captures the stripped conductor. The bottom termination is closed, meaning the terminal strip is intended for surface-mount wiring where the conductor enters from the top only; there is no through-hole or solder-tail connection on the underside. Four wire entries serve the two circuits — two per circuit, so each circuit can accept a feed and a pass-through or a daisy-chain wire under the same clamp. The 10-18 AWG wire range covers the common power and control wire sizes used in panel wiring. 10 AWG is the thickest the screw clamp can terminate — section the conductor and confirm the stripped length matches the clamp depth before torquing. The zinc screw finish provides corrosion resistance in a cabinet environment, though the steel core means the screw driver torque should be controlled to avoid stripping the slot.

The 391002002 carries 2 circuits against the 5 circuits of the 391002005, 6 circuits of the 391002006, and 8 circuits of the 391002008 — all at the same 10.00 mm pitch and 30 A rating. The 2-circuit version is the minimum in the series, suited for a single feed or a two-wire distribution point where a larger block would waste panel space. The 2-circuit block does not drop into a panel hole pattern designed for a 5-circuit block — the mounting centres differ because the overall length scales with the circuit count.
