The Molex Eurostyle 39100 391002004 is a 4-circuit enclosed barrier terminal strip designed for power distribution in chassis and panel-mount applications. It uses a 0.394" (10.00 mm) pitch and carries a 30 A per-circuit current rating at 600 V, with a white polyamide (PA66) housing rated UL94 V-0. The 2-row layout brings 8 wire entries — two per circuit — and termination is via top screws with a closed bottom, making it a pass-through block for field wiring in control cabinets, power supplies, and industrial equipment.
The 10.00 mm pitch gives generous creepage between adjacent terminals for that voltage without requiring a large board footprint, but since this is a chassis-mount block, the pitch primarily determines the overall width of the strip across the panel cutout. The 10-18 AWG wire range covers most power and control wiring in a cabinet; the zinc-plated steel terminal screws provide corrosion resistance in the enclosed barrier, and the closed bottom means wires terminate on the screw clamp only — no through-panel stud or bottom exit.
The 391002005 shares the same 0.394" (10.00 mm) pitch, 30 A rating, 600 V, white colour, and chassis-mount enclosed barrier — the only difference is circuit count: 5 circuits versus the 4 of the 391002004. Both use the same wire range and screw termination, so a panel layout designed for the 4-circuit version can scale to the 5-circuit by extending the cutout length one pitch increment. No rewiring of the terminal style or gauge is needed; the selection comes down to how many circuits the BOM calls for.
