It carries 40 A per circuit at 600 V on a 0.472" (12.00 mm) pitch — the pitch gives enough creepage for the voltage rating without wasting panel space. The dual-row layout provides 18 wire entries, so each circuit can terminate two conductors independently, which is the detail that matters when you are routing parallel feeds or daisy-chaining a common rail.
