What it is — and what it does in the panel
The Molex 391002505 is the 5-circuit member of the Eurostyle 39100 series, a two-row enclosed barrier terminal strip rated 63 A per circuit at 600 V. The 0.591 inch (15.00 mm) pitch gives each circuit the spacing needed to prevent tracking on a live panel under humidity or contamination — a ring lug under a zinc-plated steel screw seats cleanly at that pitch, and the enclosed barrier keeps debris and moisture off the live connections. Wire entry accepts 6-14 AWG on the screw-clamp top, and the bottom is closed so there's no risk of a stray strand escaping the field side.
Ratings the field buyer actually acts on
63 A per circuit is the number that decides whether this strip carries a motor branch, a compressor, or a heater circuit — not a signal-level barrier. The 600 V rating covers standard industrial three-phase bus work at the panel. The housing is polyamide (PA66, Nylon 6/6) rated UL94 V-0 and rated for -40°C to 105°C, so it lives in an unconditioned cabinet or a pad-mount enclosure without issue. The zinc-plated steel screw on the top is sized for a ring lug on 6-14 AWG — if you're running finer flex, this isn't the strip for it.
