Terminal Block Selection Note
The Molex Eurostyle 393570005 is a 5-position PCB-mount terminal block from the Eurostyle 39357 series, on 0.138" (3.50mm) pitch. It uses a screw rising cage clamp termination — the screw tightens a clamp that pulls the wire against a current bar, giving a gas-tight connection without crimp tooling. Rated 12 A at 300 V, it handles control cabinet power distribution, sensor wiring, and general-purpose board-to-wire interconnect where a field-serviceable screw termination is preferred over a crimped connector.
Termination and Wiring Detail
Single-level construction — all 5 positions are on one row, with the mating orientation horizontal to the board. The through-hole pins are tin-plated, matching the solderability requirements of standard lead-free reflow or wave soldering processes.
