Board-fit and termination
The Molex 395430010 is the 10-position member of the Eurostyle ESE 39543 series — a side-entry PCB terminal block on 5.00 mm pitch. The 0.197" (5.00 mm) centerline spacing gives enough room for 14-24 AWG wire without crowding adjacent traces; the horizontal wire entry keeps the screw axis parallel to the board, which matters when the enclosure lid clearance is tight. Through-hole mounting with the screw-leaf spring and wire guard — the guard prevents the screw from biting into the conductor strands, so you get a gas-tight joint without cold flow over temperature cycles.
