Terminal block for 15-circuit PCB termination
The Molex Eurostyle ESE 39543 395430015 is a 15-position, single-level PCB terminal block with a 5.00 mm pitch, designed for side-entry wire termination. It accepts 14-24 AWG wire and is rated for 10 A at 300 V, with a screw and leaf-spring wire guard clamping system that secures the conductor without damaging the strands.
The 10 A per-circuit rating is the continuous current limit at the rated temperature; above 105°C the current must be derated per the manufacturer's curve. The 0.34 Nm (3.0 Lb-In) torque spec on the screw is the sweet spot — too little and the wire can pull out under vibration, too much and you strip the threads in the polyamide housing. The side-entry orientation (horizontal with board) is the key fit check: the wire enters parallel to the PCB, so the block needs clearance on the board edge, not above it.
