Product Introduction
The Molex 395430602 is a two-position side-entry terminal block from the Eurostyle ESE 39543 series. It uses a screw-leaf spring clamp to terminate 14-22 AWG wire horizontally to the PCB, with a 0.197" (5.00 mm) pitch that matches standard 5 mm terminal block footprints. The black PA66 housing carries a 10 A, 300 V rating and operates from -40°C to 105°C, making it a fit for industrial control panels, HVAC equipment, and general-purpose power distribution boards where a compact, side-wire entry saves vertical clearance.
The housing is polyamide (PA66), a standard material for terminal blocks inside enclosed equipment. Contacts are brass with tin plating — adequate for the rated current and environment, though tin-plated contacts are best suited for lower mating-cycle applications compared to gold.
