The Molex 395430603 is a 3-position, single-level Eurostyle ESE 39543 terminal block with a 0.197" (5.00mm) pitch, designed for side-entry wire termination on a PCB. It accepts 14-22 AWG wire via a screw-leaf spring clamp — the leaf spring pushes the conductor against the current bar, so stripped wire is held without needing a ferrule for solid core. Rated 10 A at 300 V, the PA66 nylon housing handles -40°C to 105°C, which covers most industrial control cabinet environments.
The 5.00 mm pitch gives enough creepage distance for 300 V without forcing an oversized board footprint — you can route a trace between adjacent pads if needed. 10 A per position is the limit at the rated temperature; above 105°C you need to derate, but that's rare for a terminal block on a control board. The brass tin-plated contacts are fine for moderate-cycle field wiring — tin is the standard choice here, not gold, because the screw clamp wipes the oxide on each termination.
Active lifecycle status. ROHS3 compliant.
