The Molex Eurostyle ESE 39543 395433003 is a 3-position, single-level terminal block with a side-entry wire orientation — the screw axis runs parallel to the PCB so the wire enters horizontally. It uses a rising cage clamp termination: turning the screw lifts a brass clamp plate that traps the conductor against the current bar, giving a gas-tight connection on solid or stranded wire from 14 to 22 AWG. The 0.197" (5.00 mm) pitch keeps the board footprint compact while leaving enough creepage for the 300 V rating.
