Terminal Block Selection Note
The Molex 395433006 is a 6-position single-level Eurostyle ESE 39543 terminal block on a 5.00 mm pitch, designed for through-hole horizontal mounting on a PCB. It terminates 14-22 AWG wire via a screw-driven rising cage clamp — the clamp lifts to trap the conductor against the contact, giving a gas-tight joint without wire prep beyond stripping.
The 15 A rating is per-position at the rated voltage; derate above 105°C ambient per the product drawing. The rising cage clamp delivers a consistent clamping force; the 0.51 Nm torque spec is the screw setting, not a suggestion — under-torque risks loose connections, over-torque strips the threads in the PA66 housing.
