The 395443005 is a 5-position Eurostyle ESE block with a screw-rising-cage clamp and horizontal wire entry, rated 15 A at the same 300 V and 5.08 mm pitch. The 397000104 uses a push-button clamp and 45° entry — no tool needed for termination, which saves install time on high-volume builds. The 395443005 carries a higher position count (5 vs. 4) and a screw termination that some panel builders prefer for vibration resistance. They are not footprint-interchangeable: the 45° vs. horizontal entry changes board layout, and the 4-position vs. 5-position count means a direct drop-in is not possible without rewiring. For a BOM that needs 4 positions with tool-less termination, the 397000104 is the correct fit.
