What it is and where it sits in the series
The Molex 398900403 is the 3-circuit, single-level member of the Eurostyle 39890 series — a through-hole terminal block with a 0.197" (5.00 mm) pitch and a 35° angled entry relative to the board plane. Screw-clamp termination accepts 12–30 AWG solid or stranded wire without a ferrule. The housing is black polyamide (nylon), rated to 105°C, and the clamp and screw hardware carry nickel plating over copper — the contact itself is tin-plated copper. At 300 V and 17.5 A per circuit it sits well inside the power-distribution envelope for this pitch class.
The 35° angle — what it means for routing
The 35° (145°) angled entry means the wire exits above the board plane rather than parallel to it — confirm that your enclosure geometry and wire bundle routing accommodate the height clearance above the board surface. With 5.00 mm pitch and 3 positions, the header footprint is compact for DIN-rail or PCB-edge power distribution.
