Power terminal block for high-current PCB termination
The Molex Eurostyle 39920 399200504 is a 4-position, single-level terminal block designed for terminating high-current power wiring directly to a PCB. The 15.00 mm pitch gives enough space between positions to handle the 600 V rating and the M5 screw hardware needed to clamp wire from 3 AWG down to 14 AWG. The screw rising cage clamp termination pulls the clamp up against the conductor as the M5 screw is tightened to the specified 2.71 Nm (24 Lb-In). This creates a gas-tight, vibration-resistant joint that maintains low contact resistance under the full 85 A load. The clamp and screw are plated — brass with nickel for the clamp, stainless steel with tin for the screw — to resist corrosion in industrial environments.
That makes it a fit for enclosures where vertical clearance above the board is limited, such as a 1U power supply or a shallow control cabinet.
