The Molex 430450221 is a 2-position, dual-row, right-angle through-hole header from the Micro-Fit 3.0 43045 series.
The 3.00 mm pitch gives enough creepage for the 600 V rating without forcing an oversized board footprint — the row spacing is also 0.118" (3.00 mm), so the two rows sit on a 3.00 mm grid. The locking ramp is the standard Micro-Fit 3.0 retention feature — it engages with the ramp latch on the receptacle housing. The 4-wall shroud fully encloses the pins, so the header is keyed against mismated receptacles. The board lock is a pair of plastic pegs that snap into the PCB — they keep the header seated during the solder process and add mechanical retention against cable pull.
