Right-Angle Power Header for Board-to-Wire Harnesses
The Molex 430451000 is a 10-circuit, dual-row right-angle male header from the Micro-Fit 3.0 43045 series. It serves as the board-mounted half of a board-to-cable/wire interconnect, designed to mate with Micro-Fit 3.0 receptacle housings for power distribution in automotive, industrial, medical, and telecom equipment. The 3.00 mm pitch and 0.118" row spacing give enough creepage for the 600 V rating while keeping the board footprint compact for a 10-circuit connector. The 8 A per circuit current rating is the starting point for derating at elevated temperatures up to the 105 °C operating limit. The tin finish keeps cost down while the heavy plating layer provides reliable contact wear for the expected mating cycles in a fixed installation.
