Right-Angle Header for Wire-to-Board Power Distribution
The Molex 430451402 is a 14-position, dual-row, right-angle male header from the Micro-Fit 3.0 43045 series. It connects a board to a cable or wire harness via the matching receptacle housing and crimp terminals.
Board Lock and Shrouded Design for Vibration Resistance
This header includes a board lock feature — a pair of plastic or metal posts that snap into the PCB during through-hole soldering.
The 430451402 mates with any Micro-Fit 3.0 receptacle housing that accepts 14 circuits in a dual-row configuration — for example, the 43025-1400 or similar. The receptacle uses crimp terminals (Molex 43030 series for 20-24 AWG or 45750 series for 18-24 AWG) that are inserted and locked by a terminal position assurance (TPA) retainer. The header's through-hole solder tails are 0.125" (3.18 mm) long, tin-plated for good solder wetting on standard FR-4 boards. The row spacing matches the 3.00 mm pitch, so the footprint is a 2x7 grid on 3.00 mm centers.
Compliance and Environmental Ratings
It is ROHS3 compliant.
