The 431600103: The -40°C to 75°C operating window covers most industrial floor and enclosure environments; the 75°C ceiling is the limiting figure for de-rating calculations in sealed or poorly ventilated housings — derate current per Molex's published curve if the connector runs hot in your layout. Insulation is PA46 nylon, glass-filled, giving the header its black color. The material is rated for the operating temperature range but is not flame-class rated in this spec.

How it mates and terminates
Termination is through-hole solder — the male blades insert into a PCB and are soldered from the solder side, which means the footprint needs to account for the full pad stack on the component side. The locking ramp on the header body engages the matching receptacle's locking feature; confirm the mating half is the corresponding Sabre 43160 receptacle housing or plug to ensure the ramp locks properly — a friction-fit-only mate will not hold under mechanical stress.
