Power header for board-level distribution
The Molex Sabre 43160 431605304 is a 4-position, single-row header with male blade contacts on a 7.50 mm pitch. It is designed for wire-to-board power interconnect in harness assemblies where the board carries the main DC rail or high-current distribution — the blade contact geometry provides more surface area than a round pin at the same pitch, which is what lets it carry 18 A per circuit at a 600 V rating. The housing is glass-filled PA46 rated for -40°C to 75°C operating range — the 75°C upper limit means this is a cabinet-temperature part rather than an under-hood automotive one, so derate current above that temperature per the product drawing.
